Portal 2 Sketch

It's just a sketch, but it's a sketch I'm very excited about~  I just finished the inking and started coloring "Zombies Playing Poker", and this is the next piece I have planned.  I was going to wait to share it for after I was done with the other piece, but like I said, I'M JUST SO EXCITED 8)  I had to spoil my plans.  (Besides, the sketch for this is featured in the background of Zombies Playing Poker, so it's not like people wouldn't have seen it soon anyway ;) ) 

It's styled after Art Deco, since Art Nouveau feels a little overdone to me (although it's completely understandable why, since Art Nouveau is really gorgeous too).  Plus I just prefer Art Deco, and I'm styling all these Valve tribute pieces after various styles and art pieces, whether they be goofy or serious.  The challenge that I'll have with this piece, however, will be to make sure it doesn't end up feeling too much like Bioshock, since it wasn't until after I sketched this that I remembered that game (For those unfamiliar with Bioshock, it's VERY art deco, which is a small part of what makes the game so fantastic.  And yes, I do plan on doing a Bioshock piece at some point in the future, although it'll have to be after I'm done with these Valve pieces.)
